The 12 hectares of our holding have been cultivated for many years in sustainable viticulture, i.e. tillage (plough, non-chemical fertiliser); protecting the vineyard from diseases only when it is mandatory.
The next step was naturally to comply with organic guidelines; which we have been doing in a few large plots for five years. The harvested grapes are vinified separately and produce a cuvee. The excessive fragmentation of our vineyard does not allow us to convert fully for the moment and prevents us from gaining the certification including for the plots cultivated in compliance with the guidelines.
